Tonique & Man

On the front of their studio you could read « since 2022 », but it's been almost 5 years now that Tonique & Man are accomplices, behind the oven as well as behind the console.

Trading their floured aprons and their pizza shovels for guitars and synthesizers during oh so tasty recording sessions. It's a story of complementarity and friendship above all.

After having each worked on their respective projects for several years, Jean Tonique and Mi Man decided to create a joint project : Tonique & Man.

A duo in the form of a small company, a business plan and a lifestyle tinged with red and white that would bring together their common passion for the disco of the Bee Gees, the TB-303 or the nonchalance of Benny Sings. Imbued with a certain 70's nostalgia, we also find in their music luminous orchestrations and more electronic textures. Influences merge and abound to the rhythm of the orders placed at 0780-940-420, seasoned with their « special sauce ».
Their first album « Opening Soon » can be enjoyed à la carte: 11 tracks composed in the energy of intimate and precious moments, in the urgency to seize the day. Because as in the clip of « Running After Time », Tonique & Man have no time and wear many hats.

100% Recycling vinyl record
Environmentally friendly products

The Re-Vinyl offers you a sustainable alternative. The vinyl record is produced using 100% recycled materials from the in-house material recovery directly at the pressing plant Optimal Media in Germany (Our exclusive partner for pressing).

Whether as Black and or as Coloured Re-Vinyl with random colour composition, all records are with the DIN standards for industrially manufactured vinyl records.

The PVC granulate is obtained by the shredding of edge trimmings and production returns and is free of paper residues and dirt.

Vinyl record made of 100 % multi-coloured recycled PVC.
Every vinyl record is one of a kind: the colour composition depends on the raw material available and cannot be selected freely.

Sustainability and ecology are becoming more and more part of social consciousness, hence the need to find solutions within the production of vinyl records to reduce the use of fossil raw materials and CO2 emissions.

BioVinyl is a sustainable product made from bio-based PVC and is proven to be the most reliable alternative to PVC on the market.

The oil formerly necessary for the production of S-PVC is replaced here by the recycling of used cooking oils or industrial waste gases for a quality identical to a conventional standard or color pressing.

In addition, the entire BioVinyl manufacturing process is subject to ISCC PLUS certification, which guarantees a responsible and sustainable PVC sector in terms of the circular economy and transparency in the supply chain.
